TouchNet has resolved the credit card issue. Chartwells has confirmed credit cards are working.

All of the TouchNet credit card terminals (PAX) system are encountering an error. A case has been opened with TouchNet support. Chartwells locations are able to accept cash and campus cards, but not credit cards.

TouchNet is aware of the credit card issue affecting multiple campuses.

There is no estimated time of repair for this issue.
