We are continuing to experience intermittent issues causing a small number of Wi-Fi access points to reboot, disconnecting users from the UH network. We recognize how important Wi-Fi service is to our community and resolving this problem is our highest priority. UIT is working with vendor Wi-Fi engineers to fix the problem as soon as possible.

This problem should not affect the vast majority of network users. If you do get disconnected from the UH network, simply reconnect. If you need assistance, please call the UIT support Center at 713-743-1411.
