Network services have been disrupted for several UH wide area network locations. Impacted locations include UH Clear Lake, UH Coastal, Wortham House, UH Lone Star and Small Business Development Center. The disruption is due to a service provider fiber incident at a core Houston location. The current ETR is 5:16pm.

Phonoscope services became available at 4:09pm. There is no further information at this time. Phonoscope indicated they will have no information until the morning.

At 5:18pm, Phonoscope reported that services have been restored. The incident was caused by faulty hardware. Phonoscope services failed to failover as designed.

Phonoscope has been notified that multiple sites network connections are unstable or down, and are investigating at this time. There is no ETR.
