A network node at the Energy Research Park in Building 2 has failed. Support personnel have re-established network connections for the majority of the customers on that stacked device. Approximately 40 data connections on the failed switch will be down until a replacement switch is prepared and installed. There are 3 wireless access points in the area of the outage. These network devices are available. An established time to repair has not been determined.
