Support via Social Media

UIT is committed to providing the best possible support for UH students, faculty and staff. To better serve our customers, UIT has opened our @uhit Twitter account to handle help requests.  We ask that you tweet the following to @uhit:

  • the issue
  • your location (building, floor, room number or general location)

A team member will answer your request within 30 minutes and if we cannot resolve the issue we will dispatch a technician or setup an appointment.
