The Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Services is proud to announce that Kendall Wright has joined the Center for Diversity and Inclusion staff as the new Program Manager. Kendall comes to UH with a broad spectrum of Student Affairs experience ranging from fraternity and sorority life, housing and residential education, to equity and inclusion, and Title IX. She has worked at the University of Cincinnati, Yale University, and most recently at Michigan State University, where she also completed a master's degree in Student Affairs Administration.

“Coming to the University of Houston was a goal I set for myself when I was initially looking at institutions upon completion of graduate school for several reasons. I wanted the opportunity to work with innovative higher education professionals at an institution where the mission and values reflect mine and a student demographic that reflects the surrounding city, but most importantly I wanted to be in an environment where I can show up as my authentic self. My role as a Program Manager here in the Center for Diversity and Inclusion truly encompasses all of those and I’m ready to hit the ground running. I’m most excited to create content for the center and build relationships with the students and campus partners. I welcome the challenge of serving a large university community and continuing to grow as a young professional. Go Coogs!”
