This annual campus-wide award ceremony recognizes student work in all kinds of media studies. Awards are given in three categories of Critical, Creative, and Applied, as well as a Special Jury Prize. Awards are presented by the jury, which this year includes a prominent screenwriter, local broadcaster, and UI/UE designer. To honor the students’ work, the keynote speaker is Chicago FOX 32 entertainment reporter and Valenti alum, Jake Hamilton.
