UH Victoria Opens First Residential Dining Hall
The
University of Houston - Victoria
campus opened its first residential
dining hall on Monday, September 20,
2010 in Jaguar Hall to accommodate
the very first class of residential
students. Jaguar Hall is the only
residential hall on campus and
houses 187 students.
The dining hall, Real Food on Campus
(RFoC), is an all-you-care-to-eat
facility complete with a full salad
bar, breakfast options including
waffles, hot breakfast and cereal,
and a full lunch and dinner menu
with vegetarian options at all
times. Diners can choose from
several stations of food where the
menu changes each day and are
allowed to return to the lines as
often as they please.

are proud and excited to expand our
realm of services to the UHV
campus,� said Tony Urso, general
manager of dining services. �We are
confident we will supply delicious,
healthy meals to the students,
faculty and staff of University of
Houston - Victoria.�
Dining staff served 241 meals on
opening day. The flat rate for
entrance is $6.50, $7, and $7.50 for
breakfast, lunch and dinner
respectively. Students, faculty and
staff can also purchase meal plans
to eat at the dining hall for a
discounted rate.
