Emergency Management director a panelist on �Red, White and Blue�
 Emergency
Management Director Joe Mendez was one of three panelists to
participate in an April 18 taping of the PBS show �Red White and
Blue� that took place at the Center for Public Broadcasting.
The show concentrated on reactions and conversations after the
Boston Marathon bombing.
�Red, White and Blue� is produced by HoustonPBS and is a weekly
political affairs program covering local, state and national
politics.
