Welcome to the Building Coordinators Corner

The Building Coordinators Corner is a new communications tool to help share information that is useful for building coordinators at the University of Houston.

It will provide the opportunity to share best practices, checklists, tips, service and other updates, and information considered to be relevant to the building coordinator role. It can also be found at the Plantops Building Coordinator website.

Communications tip for building coordinators

With the start of the spring semester now underway, building coordinators can send a communication to their building occupants welcoming them back for the semester, introducing them to their building coordinators, and encouraging occupants to call in their work requests to the Facilities Service Center at 3-4948.

When issues or concerns continue and are ongoing, building occupants should be encouraged to engage their building coordinator as a way to help resolve the issue or concern.

Next building coordinator quarterly meeting

The next meeting is scheduled for February. The agenda is being finalized and will be forthcoming. In an upcoming quarterly meeting, a tour of the Central Plant will be scheduled.
