Building coordinator quarterly meeting held
A quarterly meeting was recently held for the UH
Building Coordinator Program and was offered in two separate
sessions.
Over 50 percent of building coordinators participated in the
sessions, which provided updates regarding FAMIS Space and Work
Management Systems, Self Service Pilot rollout, and the UH
Emergency Management Bureau �s emergency sirens processes and
procedures. In addition, committee chairs for the Building
Coordinator sub-committees each made presentations regarding the
purpose and goals of the sub-committees.
The planning team for the Building Coordinator program has
committed to holding three quarterly sessions for FY13. Meeting
planning will begin after the first of the year for the spring
2013 quarterly session. The last session for this fiscal year
will occur in summer 2013.
