The Delivery Services division of CPD is responsible for all the incoming and outgoing mail for students and faculty/staff at the main campus of the University of Houston. The DS team has provided guidelines to ensure that letters and packages can be picked up or distributed in the most efficient way. Delivery Services keeps an eye out for innovation — as seen with the establishment of the locker systems and having an Amazon locker hub on campus — and regulations and pricing that are updated by postal and package carriers. DS team members continue to offer exemplary assistance and service in meeting the University's distribution needs.
