Sad? Tired? Appetite or sleeping pattern changed? Lost interest in previously enjoyable activities? Lost your motivation or ability to concentrate? If so, you may have Major Depression.

Free study* treatment for Major Depression is available, which is comparing the therapeutic efficacy of a new treatment workbook versus cognitive behavioral therapy.

You May Be Able To Participate if:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are experiencing symptoms of Major Depression

If You Participate, You May Receive:

• Free extensive diagnostic assessment
• Comprehensive psychological evaluation
• Free study treatment
