Classroom Equipment
UIT offers presentation and multimedia equipment to support classroom instruction, training on equipment use, and assistance in designing multimedia classroom environments.
Computer Labs
Computer labs are available to faculty, staff and students across campus. These labs are not managed by UIT.
Telephone Services
A variety of telephones, wireless devices and telephone services, including long-distance authorization, are available for faculty and staff.
Printer Kiosks
Students are able to print at two kiosks on campus.
Tech Commons
The Technology Commons Support Center is the primary computing lab for UH. Managed by UIT and located in M.D. Anderson Library, it provides more than 150 Macintosh- and Windows-based computer workstations, scanners, and printers.
Video Conferencing
The Streaming Media division offers H.323 video conferencing to conduct meetings, classes and training with other UH System units, universities and organizations worldwide.
General Purpose Classrooms
UIT maintains audio-visual equipment in general purpose classrooms. View these classrooms and review details on their seating capacity, features, equipment and network connections.
