Be Prepared by Having a Business Continuity Plan

Business Continuity Plan

Houston, Sept 5, 2014 — With National Preparedness Month now well underway, there is no better time for University of Houston departments and staff to get prepared for an emergency.

The UH Office of Emergency Management encourages departments to be ready by creating a Business Continuity Plan.

Once such a plan is created, it is equally important to share it with staff. Communication is key before, during and after an emergency.

Many more resources are available on the UH Office of Emergency Management website. Also, like its Facebook page, which provided periodic tips and resources.
