to be triple tongued.
- When playing this etude
the tendency is to not support the sound, make sure you practice playing
everything loudly with a lot of air, and then use the same type of air
when playing softly.

This etude should be divided
into sections.
Student should pick their
worst section and divide it up into smaller chunks.
Practice these smaller chunks
with a rest between them. This helps with the technique and accents in
the etude. Regroup notes and practice them in this manner *(refer to helpful
exercises)
When performing this piece
always ease into it. Warm-up your fingers to help you remember the notes
Always focus on the character
of the music.
Fingering for High C sharp
in measure 41 is Left Hand: finger 2 (middle finger) and A flat key, Right
Hand: finger 4 (index finger) and pinky finger on C sharp and C keys.
