Sherrington, being prisoner in the Fleet, was by order of the Lord Keeper taken [about?] his house bailed of his imprisonment upon entering into recognizance to yield his body again prisoner within 10 days warning and the performance of the decree was also respited until Her Majesty’s pleasure were known.
