The Brownes were indicted of murder by the petitioner, but he has been sued on this by Sir Henry Knevell, and the matter brought before the council; and several suits involving the petitioner are now awaiting trial. He protests his innocence and begs the Queen's grace. mention of Hugh Stucley of London and also STAC Stuckeley
