  • Case Book BL Harley MS 2143 fo. 33r. A plaintiff committed for razing his own name out of a bill. Humfrey Everard being plaintiff with one Orme in a bill in this court under colour to amend some point in the bill did raze his own name of out of the same bill, leaving Orme to be plaintiff only which the court adjudged to be a very contemptuous part and therefore committed the said Everard.
