Fatima is reliable, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. What I think distinguishes Fatima from previous student workers I've had is that she takes initiative to do things. Fatima has assisted us in many projects and we know we can always count on her for any last minute idea we might have. In addition Fatima has taken the lead on many of those projects, with minimal instructions and the projects get done flawlessly. Our office is grateful to have a hard working student such as Fatima, and will be greatly missed when she graduates. However I am confident that all of the skills she possess and continues on learning during her time with us, will help her in the future once she graduates and has a full time job.
