Virtual Meet & Greet: Texas Port Recycling

Tuesday, September 8, 2020

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Company Bio: Texas Port Recycling is a wholly owned venture of Cincinnati-based, The David J. Joseph Company (DJJ), one of USA’s largest scrap metal companies. Our parent Company’s rich history began in 1885. We possess a wealth of experience and an entrepreneurial spirit that is vital to success in the scrap recycling industry. Headquartered in Houston, Texas Port Recycling was formed in February of 2006 when DJJ purchased the business and assets of Northwest Recycling. This acquisition included a well established metals recycling facility on the Northwest side of Houston. In 2007, Texas Port Recycling opened a new processing site on the Houston Ship Channel. This facility is home of Houston’s largest automobile shredder. Today, we operate 4 scrap metal recycling facilities in Texas: Conroe, Houston Port, Pinemont and Victoria. We look forward to speaking with you at our company, open positions and our recruiting process.
