Requests for advancement data requests and Imodules campaigns must be placed a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the date of the desired distribution date. Only emails addressed to UH alumni, donors, and friends may be released using this request. All email requests to internal audiences, including faculty and staff and students, should be directed to the Office of the Dean or Student Affairs. In addition to complying with the email policy, all emails must comply with University Advancement data and UH marketing and branding policies and standards.
