Progression PALs

You have college experience and your PAL is here to help navigate the university as you progress toward your college goals.

So how does it work?

Start by scheduling a time to meet with your PAL. The first conversation is informal, we want to get to know you and the goals you have to help you develop meaningful strategies and connections. You can make as many follow-up meetings as you would like.

Peer Coaching Topics

During your time with your PAL you might discuss:

  • Time management/organization
  • Staying motivated
  • Balancing family with school
  • Identify connections to department resources
  • Reviewing Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Guides for tips and suggestions
