Recent technology advances in cloud infrastructure are allowing for a re-imagining of HPC workflows. Srinivas Tadepalli, Ph.D. will discuss the impact of these changes in core compute, storage, network and edge technologies as they apply to seismic processing/reservoir simulation workloads and review new techniques applicable to traditional HPC.
Speaker Bio:
Srinivas Tadepalli, Ph.D. currently works as a business development and go-to-market strategy leader at AWS within the High Performance Computing team. He has extensive experience in developing commercial HPC applications that are used across a variety of industries and workloads. He holds a doctorate in computational mechanics and biomedical engineering.
