The three-pronged approach helps participants bring their body fat percentage to a healthy range by providing education, activity, and behavior change support. Trainers and dietitians specifically pursue the target behavior in their lives.  Using live virtual video training, your coach will help you integrate consistent exercise, proper nutrition, and healthy behavior into your life.?You can expect one live session per week with weekly goals and group accountability throughout the 6 weeks. Sign up, space is limited at myrec.uh.edu
