Before beginning the renewal or the no-cost extension application, please contact Dr. Anne Dayton, CITE Director, at coogsengage@uh.edu to have a preliminary discussion on your proposal. Once you have been invited to submit a renewal or a no-cost extension, download the appropriate application (click here for the renewal application; click here for the no-cost extension application).
