Day 1: After Check In and our Welcome Session on campus, we will travel to our camp center in Trinity, Texas. There our first day will be focused on Spirit and Tradition. You will be introduced to your camp, participate in discussion groups, learn about traditions, have free time, and start your experience with the most spirited part of camp: Ultimate Coog Games and Camp Takeover! Day One will end with an all camp themed mixer.
Day 2: The second day of camp focuses on Growth and Unity. This day is dedicated to learning about your leadership, wellness, and diversity on campus, how to get involved, and spending time with your camp. Students will have the opportunity to relax with some camp free time and we will end the day with a Talent Show and skits.
Day 3: On the last day of camp, we close out our program by tying in everything you learned at camp with how to bring it back to the UH campus. You will get to spend more time with your individual camp and also learn academic skills to help you be successful on campus. We will close out with our last campfire then head back to campus!
The registration fee is $140, non-refundable that will be added to your Tuition and Fee bill. This fee covers your food and lodging for 3 days and 2 nights, transportation to and from campus, camp shirt and materials, and of course an unforgettable experience!
