College-Specific Guidelines

Each college maintains specific guidelines related to their promotion and tenure processes. Please find those guidelines by college below:

SharePoint Access Information

College P&T representatives inform the office of the Provost of non-mandatory candidates up for review for promotion and tenure. College Liaisons and candidates receive access at the start of the yearly process. The candidate will receive access notification by email.

Once the review process begins, college/departmental committee members will be given access at the request of the College P&T representative(s) and will receive access notification by email.

Training Information

Candidates, P&T representatives at the college and department level, and reviewers may use the User Guide to learn how to access, upload and navigate the P&T site. Trainings are also held beginning late summer and into the fall semester.

We host open drop-in sessions every Friday at 10 am. P&T and NTT Candidates and Liaisons may join at their convenience. Registration is not required for the drop-in sessions.
