Beginning Monday, September 23, UH will host a Healthy Campus Week designed to encourage the UH community to move their bodies, eat healthily, and make time to practice self-care through different stress management strategies.

A max of 5 attendees (MUST RSVP) can get hands-on help from instructional designers in using specific educational technologies every Monday and Tuesday from September through November. (Teaching Development)
