Is the clinic open to the community?
Yes, anyone can be a patient at UH Health Family Care Center. You do not have to be a University of Houston student, faculty, or staff member to become a patient. We are accepting new patients and here to serve our community.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept most major plans including Medicare.

What if I do not have health insurance?
Everyone deserves access to high-quality, affordable care.
Discounts for essential services are offered through the Sliding Fee Discount Program and are based on family size and income.

Do you have doctors who speak Spanish and/or other languages?
Yes. We have bilingual providers and offer free language assistance.

What is the cost of parking?
There is no charge for parking. Please bring your parking ticket inside, and the front desk will validate it.
