Effective December 1, 2022, UH Health Direct Primary Care will be relocating to the UH Health Family Care Center at the University of Houston Campus. All appointments after November 30, 2022, will be at the UH Health Family Care Center. All memberships will be honored through January 31, 2023. Dr. Stephen J. Spann and Dr. Brian Reed will continue to be your dedicated physicians throughout this transition.
