Madeline Rodriguez, 20, is a violist raised in the Austin, TX area. Madeline picked up viola at age 12 by chance and hasn't been able to stop since. She is currently a sophomore at the University of Houston's Moores School of Music studying viola performance with Suzanne LeFevre. During her time at the Moores School, she has served as principal and assistant principal in the Symphony, Ballet, and Opera orchestras. Madeline has a passion for both orchestral as well as chamber music and plans to pursue a Master's of music after graduation from the Moores School of Music in 2019.
