Kevin Gupana was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs. He received his Bachelors Degree in Oboe Performance at the Chicago College of Performing Arts studying under the tutelage of Lora Schaefer of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Kevin recently finished his Masters in oboe performance studying under Adam Dinitz, Jonathan Fischer, and Robert Atherholt this past year. Kevin has participated in various masterclasses with Dwight Parry, Jennet Bittar, and Eugene Izotov. Last year, Kevin participated in the 2016 Chautauqua Music Festival Orchestra where he studied with Jan Eberle.
