Guolong Wang was born in Beijing, China. He started playing the violin with Mr. Fangping Zhu at the age 5. In 2009, he was accepted by the Central Conservatory of Music and studied with Professor Weidong Tong. During the school year, Mr. Wang was appointed as the concertmaster of China Youth Symphony Orchestra. He had lead the orchestra as the concertmaster in many concerts through out Asia such as Seoul, Taipei, Hong Kong and Macao. He was also a member of China Youth Chamber Orchestra during 2009-2011 season. In 2015, Mr. Wang came to the United States to continue his study in violin performance. He is currently a undergraduate student at Manhattan School of Music under Professor Lucie Robert.
