Gerardo Blanchet López started playing the violin when he was 7 years old; Growing up in a family of musicians and currently He's pursuing a Bachelor of music degree in Violin performance with Viacheslav Rynkevich, He participated in some music festivals, including chamber music, like Santiago de Queretaro Music Festival, North West symphonic festival for three years as a concertmaster and like a Soloist. In 2013, he won the first place in the State Music Competition of Sinaloa. He Received Master Classes with: Adrian Justus, Erika Dobosiewicz, Charles Castleman, Cuauhtémoc Rivera, Emmanuel Oliveri, Laura Hilgeman Miller, and others. Recently he was invited to play with the Sinaloa Symphony Orchestra.
