Chris Glavac is pursuing an Artist Diploma from the University of Cincinnati - College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) where he is a student of Rachel Calin and is the Graduate Assistant to the Double Bass Department. Previously, he received a Master's Degree from CCM and a Bachelor's Degree from Cleveland State University where he was a student of Cleveland Orchestra members, Charles Carleton and Derek Zadinsky. During his time in Cincinnati, he received Alexander Technique training from Jennifer-Roig Francoli. Chris especially enjoys to play chamber music and has attended the Kent/Blossom Music Festival during the past three summers. This is his second summer at the Texas Music Festival.
