Born and raised in Belle Harbor, NY, Belinda Rosen began her musical studies on piano at the age of 4, and oboe at the age of 11, at Queens College. In 2016, she completed her BM in Oboe Performance at the University of Michigan, where she studied with Nancy Ambrose King, and is currently pursuing her MM at Stony Brook University, as a student of Pedro Diaz. Her summer festival experiences include the Eastern Music Festival and Imani Winds, with fellowships held at the Sarasota and Marrowstone Music Festivals. Belinda will also be attending YOA for their South America tour this summer.
