Alexandra Doyle, a native Houstonian, is proud to be participating in the Texas Music Festival for the second year in a row. In May 2016, she earned a Bachelor of Music from the University of Houston, where she studied with Chester Rowell. Currently, Alexandra is studying with Ben Freimuth at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music in pursuit of a Master of Music. Alexandra is a sister of Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity and enjoys writing, gardening, and spending time with her cats, Ali Baba and Mingus, when she isn’t playing her clarinet.
