Ticket Information

PARKING ALERT: The February 6 International Piano Festival Discovery Artist Concert, featuring Mackenzie Melemed, happens concurrently with the UH Basketball game. Parking by the Moores School of Music in Lot 16 (Zones B, C, D & G) will convert to game day parking with a flat rate of $10 cash only for all visitors between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Patrons may also park in any other surface lot, not designated for the basketball game, at the regular parking rate of $5. Parking may be limited in the aforementioned lots until the end of the game. Please expect delays and allow extra time to find parking and to walk to the venue.

Parking for February 7 and 8 IPF events is available, as usual, in Lot 16 at the regular rate of $5 (card or cash).

NOTE: All advanced registration for the Artist Conversations Luncheon closes 48 hours prior to the event. Auditors may still purchase tickets at the door. 


Box Office Policies and Other Information

  • Please note: All package transactions processed via credit or debit card will incur a $3.00 charge per ticket up to $9.00. All single recital, masterclass, and luncheon transactions processed via credit or debit card will incur a $3.00 charge per ticket up to $9.00 per event. Transactions processed in person via cash or check do not incur any fees.
  • Patrons are encouraged to purchase tickets online in advance due to limited capacity at the Box Office at all IPF events.
  • Group Rates available for advance purchase. Please call 713-743-3388 for more information.
  • The Box Office opens one hour prior to event at the venue.

Box Office Hours beginning January 14th, 2020:
Tuesday / Thursday 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday / Friday 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Closed during University breaks and holidays
