Prepare for the Fair Week: 'Rocket-Powered' Resumes

Join us for Rocket-Powered Resumes, a dynamic workshop focused on crafting resumes that stand out. Learn how to highlight your skills, experiences, and achievements in a way that captures the attention of employers and propels your career forward. The first 30 students will get a FREE lunch!

Interfaith Dialogue Dinner

The Interfaith Dialogue Dinner series is an opportunity to understand and show respect for other religious/spiritual identities, thereby increasing our appreciation of their values. All are welcome to be a part of the engaging table discussion during a dinner service that will satisfy the mind, the body, and the soul. Interfaith dialogue refers to cooperative, constructive, and positive interaction between people of different religious traditions (i.e. "faiths"). Interfaith dialogue involves promoting understanding between different religions or beliefs to increase acceptance of others, rather than to synthesize new beliefs.

America in Crisis and Renewal with George Packer

American journalist and acclaimed author George Packer will share his insights into American democracy, the multiple crises and opportunities confronting democracy and the four different Americas at 4 p.m., Sept. 12, in the Rockwell Pavilion at the M.D. Anderson Library.
