Relationship Skills: Conflict Resolution
The purpose of this focus group and workshop is to gauge students’ knowledge and use of conflict resolution skills which are necessary for building healthy relationships. Through this workshop, students will learn how to effectively practice conflict resolution through the LEAF Method (Listen, Empathize, Acknowledge, and Fix) and apply it to scenarios they may come across in their personal lives.
