To better improve the security of your personal information and data, starting May 24th, you will be required to use Two Factor Authentication (2FA) to use VPN and the web versions of Microsoft 365. This will not affect the desktop versions of your Microsoft products such as the Outlook client and the desktop version of Word or Excel. However, if you use the browser-based versions you will receive the Duo prompt for 2FA. Don’t forget that you can check the box to skip this process for 30 days for that browser.
