Digital Screens 

Advertise your event or initiative on the digital screens in the residential halls. All digital screen artwork should be sent to Teeba Rose and will be uploaded on Wednesdays. All images should be 1920 pixels x 1440 pixels and must be either a .png or .jpeg file. PDF files will not be uploaded. In your email, please indicate the dates in which the information should run. 

Resident Listserv and Newsletter 

Student Housing and Residential Life utilizes many listservs, or electronic mailing lists, to communicate with residents and staff throughout the year. In order to best communicate with audiences, review the following best practices for listservs on the SHRL Listserv Do’s and Don’ts. 

Residents can also stay informed with Coogs on Campus, SHRL’s monthly newsletter. This newsletter is sent to all current residents at the beginning of every month during the fall and spring semesters. In it you will find information on housing and campus events, campus resources, important updates, news, and information on how to get involved.
