Students traveling with the Honors College must complete the following documents and upload them into their program's online Travel Consent Form, which will be sent out by their program leader no later than 90 days before travel.

Deposits for all OGESP programs are non-refundable.
Voluntary Program Withdrawal
For students who voluntarily withdraw from a program prior to departure, partial refunds may be issued according to the following schedule. This schedule may vary according to program type and may be revised at the advice of the College Business Office in conjunction with the dean of the Honors College. Additionally, program fees paid directly to vendors may be subject to different refund policies. It is the responsibility of the student to know the refund schedule prior to committing to a program, as being indicated by the payment of a program deposit.
> 180 days prior to travel: all program fees (excluding deposits)
180 – 150 days prior to travel: 50% of program fees (excluding deposits)
149 – 120 days prior to travel: 25% of program fees (excluding deposits)
119 – 90 days prior to travel: 10% of program fees (excluding deposits)
< 90 days prior to travel: no refunds
Involuntary Program Withdrawals
Trip cancellations due to natural disasters, including global health crises; acts of war; government-mandated travel restrictions; strikes, riots, or protests; embargoes; or other incidents where there is deemed a credible risk to students, faculty, or staff may be subject to additional refund restrictions and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
