Career Highlights
Brings six years of organizational consulting experience in the areas of organizational development and legal issues in human resources; authored and co-authored peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers/presentation; serves on a number of grants, including two from the National Science Foundation that aim to improve corporate social responsibility in the workplace in organizations; recipient of the John C. Flanagan Best Paper Award during the 36th Annual Society for Industrial and Organizational Conference (SIOP); brings a global teaching perspective to his classroom and is currently teaching Leadership in the Hospitality Industry, and Leading Organizational Change.
