Owner and president of A Taste of Catering, a Houston-based, award-winning catering business that has catered numerous high-profile events for the NBA, the NFL, including the 2004 Super Bowl, City of Houston leaders, including former Houston Mayors Bill White and Lee Brown, and Councilman Gordon Quan; awarded letter of commendation from Mayor Bill White; elected on behalf of Houston’s 2004 Super Bowl vendors to go to Jacksonville, Florida, to teach business etiquette and professionalism seminars to all participating vendors for the 2005 Super Bowl; served as crew chief for American Airlines for 29 years with responsibilities of strategic plan implementation, supervision of aircraft personnel and administration of aircraft-passenger relations; named American Airlines employee of the year in 2006.
