Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen

Sylvia opened her restaurant with the hopes of being an independent business owner and sharing her food with the community. She gambled everything she had to open the restaurant but didn’t get discovered for six years. Once the media realized how authentic and down home the food was, Sylvia’s received rave reviews. The restaurant serves 18 different types of enchiladas and has a very local customer following.
