Creating Literacy In Computer Knowledge (C.L.I.C.K.)

In an effort to provide staff training to increase and facilitate basic computer knowledge, Facilities Services implemented the Creating Literacy in Computer Knowledge (C.L.I.C.K.)

The Program was implemented in mid-February 2012, our leadership had the foresight to establish a program that would give our staff support consisting of basic computer knowledge.

C.L.I.C.K. created a way to teach basic competencies for both current and future computer technology updates within the Facilities Services department.

All C.L.I.C.K. training classes are available in both English and Spanish.  Topics include basic computer usage, annual mandatory training, P.A.S.S. training, PeopleSoft, and E-performance. All classes are held at the General Services Building, Room 268.

The program has been well received and the feedback has been positive. With the help of the C.L.I.C.K. committee we will continue to help our staff with future trainings.

C.L.I.C.K. Committee members include: Rufus Kemp, Jacquie Vargas, Yvonne Hernandez, Karen Hernandez, Victor Kalani, Erica Sims, Rowena Castro, Erika Diaz, Esteban Mendoza, Sandra KitMan Yen, Carla Martinez, Wendy Byron, Khan Hodges, Ed Zimmeth

Upcoming dates for C.L.I.C.K.  training sessions are coming soon.
