Description

The Energy Research Park Bldg. 19A, Arte Publico (also known as 4902 Schlumberger) is one of 14 existing buildings on the 68 acre UH Energy Research Park Campus. Building 19A was built in the 1950’s and is a metal framed structure with brick veneer, ribbon windows and a flat built up roof. It contains approximately 82,664 square feet of space. The majority of this facility contains warehouse storage module space area. There is office areas located in the northeast area of the facility, on 2 levels totaling approximately 18,742 sf.

This project includes tenant renovations for Arte Publico, to be located in approximately 5,960 sf of the 1st Floor. The 2nd level will be cleared of mold containing materials and will have electric unit heaters provided to mitigate further mold infestation.
