Finals can take a toll on your mind. If you need help on how to handle the stress, CAPS “Let’s Talk” program provides access to consultations with their therapists. They are there to listen, support, and give suggestions for resources to help you. The consultations are free and no appointments are required.
Tea Tuesday provides students a chance to stop by UH Wellness to grab a free cup of tea and chat with other students. UH Wellness Office is located within the Rec center.

Lets Talk- mental health consultations with a CAPS clinician will be virtual (by audio or video). Any member of the UH community can access Lets Talk by entering the zoom waiting room.
Need a place to study? Stop by the Center for Diversity and Inclusion’s extended hours! We’ll have free hot cocoa and donuts, along with coloring books for those looking for a break.
